EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENTS:
Fasting Blood Draws: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Recommended)
For wellness panels and lab work requiring fasting, we recommend early morning appointments so you can fast overnight and resume eating quickly.
AFTER-HOURS SERVICE:
Evenings (After 6:00 PM): Available with advance scheduling (+$25 fee)
Late Night: Available for emergency situations

INSURANCE:
Most mobile testing is self-pay for convenience and faster scheduling. Some wellness lab work may be insurance-reimbursable - we provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company.
DOT testing is typically employer-paid per federal regulations.
WHAT TO PREPARE
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
FOR DOT DRUG TESTING:
✅ Bring government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, military ID) ✅ Remove excess layers (easy access to arms/elbows for collection) ✅ Avoid excessive fluid intake before appointment (normal hydration okay) ✅ Be prepared to provide urine specimen
Note: Driver must proceed immediately to testing for random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident scenarios.
FOR DNA TESTING:
✅ Bring government-issued photo ID (required for legal DNA testing) ✅ Participants should not eat, drink, smoke, or chew gum 30 minutes before collection ✅ If infant/child: Parent or legal guardian must be present ✅ For legal testing: All participants must be present at same time (or we can schedule separately)
Note: DNA collection is quick cheek swab - no blood draw required.
FOR WELLNESS BLOOD DRAWS:
✅ Fasting requirements: 8-12 hours for fasting panels (no food, water okay) ✅ Drink plenty of water (helps with vein access) ✅ Wear short sleeves or sleeves that roll up easily ✅ Bring list of current medications ✅ Bring doctor's orders if applicable ✅ Bring snack for after fasting blood draw
Note: Not all wellness panels require fasting. We'll advise you when scheduling.
FOR GENDER REVEAL TESTING:

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: • $25 late cancellation fee • Can apply toward rescheduled appointment • Refund of remaining balance
No-Show: • $50 no-show fee • Must be paid before rescheduling

How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Same-day appointments often available for routine testing. Next-day appointments almost always available. For specific dates/times (weekends, early morning, after-hours), we recommend 2-3 days advance notice. Emergency testing available within 2-4 hours.
Can you accommodate last-minute requests?
Yes. We offer same-day scheduling when possible. For true emergencies (post-accident DOT testing, urgent legal DNA), we provide 2-4 hour emergency response 7 days a week.
Do you charge extra for mobile service?
Mobile collection is included within our primary service area (20 miles from Plano). Extended travel (20-45 miles) includes small mileage fee of $0.75/mile beyond 20 miles. No other hidden fees.
Can I schedule multiple people at once?
Yes. We can collect specimens for multiple people at the same location. Volume discounts available for 3+ participants. Perfect for family DNA testing, workplace drug testing, or group wellness screenings.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll reschedule at no charge. Less than 24 hours notice includes $25 late cancellation fee.
Do you offer weekend appointments?
Yes. We're available Saturdays and Sundays 8am-4pm. Weekend appointments book quickly, so we recommend scheduling in advance.
Can you come to my workplace?
Absolutely. We come to offices, job sites, warehouses, terminals, and business locations throughout DFW. Perfect for minimizing employee downtime.
How do I know you received my scheduling request?
You'll receive confirmation within 4 hours (usually sooner). If you haven't received confirmation within 4 hours, call (972) 246-8745 to ensure we received your request.
